About the Role

We are looking for three energetic, friendly, and highly communicative Sales Specialists who thrive on interacting with customers and creating exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will go beyond simply selling products, you will build trust, connection, and excitement while ensuring a seamless shopping experience both in-store and for online orders.

The ideal candidates are customer-obsessed, enjoy talking to people, and are curious and eager to continuously learn. This role offers strong opportunities for fast career growth, with high performers having the potential for rapid role expansion and leadership development.

Top performers in this role can quickly grow into Senior Sales Specialist or Store Leadership positions.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional, warm, and memorable customer service in every interaction.

  • Welcome every customer with positive energy, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions using strong selling techniques.

  • Drive sales both in-store and across Gjirafa’s online platforms.

  • Actively contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly store revenue targets.

  • Follow up on inquiries coming from social media, the website, and other sales channels.

  • Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

  • Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

  • Support product launches, campaigns, and promotions through proactive selling.

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate POS handling and follow operational standards.

  • Contribute to a positive, ambitious, and growth-focused team culture.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

  • Natural friendliness and outstanding customer hospitality skills.

  • Talkative, energetic, and confident communicator.

  • Ability to create instant comfort and trust with customers.

  • Strong desire to learn and improve every day.

  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close sales.

  • Comfortable selling across both physical and digital platforms.

  • Fluency in Albanian; English communication skills are a plus.

  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.

Big Plus

  • Previous retail, hospitality, or sales experience.

  • Interest in technology and enthusiasm for learning new products quickly.

  • Ability to share product knowledge clearly with customers.

  • Experience using POS systems or handling online customer inquiries.
