About the Role
We are expanding our Client Success & Growth team with three (3) new hires. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring sellers succeed on GjirafaMall from smooth daily operations and timely deliveries, to building scalable processes that improve their online presence and sales.
This role is open to all experience levels, from junior to senior.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, supporting them through onboarding and daily operations.
Track fulfillment performance and delays, and coordinate with sellers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Support sellers in maintaining and optimizing product content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Identify opportunities for automation in content management and operational processes.
Help plan and maintain project timelines (roadmaps, Gantt charts) to ensure smooth execution of seller growth initiatives.
Monitor key performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve seller outcomes.
Take on other tasks as needed to support the success of GjirafaMall sellers.
Motivation to grow in the e-commerce industry.
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and/or content management.
Familiarity with project management tools (roadmaps, Gantt charts) is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple sellers/accounts simultaneously.
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
