About iGjirafa
At iGjirafa, we combine the excellence of Apple’s retail standards with Gjirafa’s mission to build the internet economy of the Balkans. As a Sales Specialist - Apple Products, you will deliver a premium customer experience in Kosovo’s first Mono Apple Authorized Reseller (MAAR) store.
About the Role
We are looking for 4 passionate team members to join us in this exciting role. You will inspire customers by helping them discover how Apple products and services enrich their lives. Through curiosity, empathy, and product expertise, you will create owners, not just customers. At the same time, you will embody Gjirafa’s culture of agility, innovation, and community impact, ensuring that each interaction reflects both Apple’s premium values and Gjirafa’s local roots.
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, recommending Apple solutions, and ensuring a premium buying experience.
Act as a brand ambassador, creating strong customer loyalty to Apple and iGjirafa.
Stay up to date with Apple’s latest products, services, purchase options, and sales processes.
Assist customers through iGjirafa’s experience in-store and online, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Support team members by sharing product knowledge and best practices.
Maintain accuracy in sales processes and comply with Apple MAAR standards.
Represent both Apple and Gjirafa’s values of inclusion, diversity, and integrity in every interaction.
Contribute to store campaigns and product launches, ensuring customers are informed and excited.
Support the team in reaching and exceeding store targets.
Take on other tasks as needed to support the success of iGjirafa.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Albanian and English.
Customer-oriented mindset with proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
Team player with a growth mindset, eager to learn and share knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Apple products and ecosystems.
Ability to personalize solutions to the customers.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
Previous experience in tech retail is a plus.
