Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to handle the full accounting cycle—from invoice processing and reconciliations to preparing financial and consolidated reports for management, investors, and regulatory authorities. This hands-on role blends accounting operational tasks with strategic reporting and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, manage payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, annual, and consolidated financial statements.
Independently handle month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Collaborate with tech teams to automate accounting workflows.
Lead finance projects, including accounting software migrations and process improvements.
Coordinate accounting activities across Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia.
Conduct inventory reconciliations and proactively resolve accounting discrepancies.
Perform other accounting duties as required to support the Finance Team.
Ideal Candidate:
Accounting or finance background, ideally with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks, NetSuite, MS Dynamics) and Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly across multiple countries/regions.
Ability to handle complex reporting requirements under tight deadlines.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
