Role Overview

As part of our E-Commerce and Business Intelligence team, we are looking for a motivated and data-driven E-Commerce Analytics & Seller Specialist to analyze data and provide insights that will help optimize our marketplace operations, improve seller performance, and drive business growth. This role involves working closely with sellers, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging data to make impactful decisions. Whether you’re a junior looking to grow your career or a seasoned professional ready to make a big impact, we welcome you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for seller growth.

  • Design and develop reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

  • Monitor seller performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve their success on the platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance the seller experience.

  • Assist in automating reporting and data extraction processes for efficiency.

  • Work closely with sellers to optimize their listings, pricing, and strategies to maximize sales.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various eCommerce channels.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging BI technologies in the eCommerce space.

  • Support the development and execution of strategies to increase seller retention and engagement.

  • Perform other eCommerce and BI-related duties as assigned to support the success of the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.

  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Experience in eCommerce, marketplace analytics, or a related field is a plus.

  • Familiarity with data modeling and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
