Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & Product Associate to assist in product development, campaign execution, and digital marketing tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Support collaborations and partnerships by tracking performance.
Help with social media management, including writing content, scheduling content and engaging with the audience.
Conduct research and gather data on market trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
Assist with tracking and analyzing campaign performance to provide insights for optimization.
Support operational tasks related to product development and marketing execution.
Perform other accounting duties as required to support the Finance Team.
Ideal Candidate:
Interest in digital marketing, product management, or related fields.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and paid promotion.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and improve performance strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Fluency in Albanian; English proficiency is a plus.
