We are looking for a Product Manager/Owner to join our team and help lead the evolution of key GjirafaTech products, particularly in the media-tech space. In this role, you’ll drive product initiatives by working closely with clients, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning feature development with market trends and strategic priorities.
You’ll play a central role in ensuring our products deliver real value — from shaping roadmap decisions to driving project execution and maintaining high-touch client collaboration.
Client Engagement
Lead product presentations, demos, and requirements workshops with Gjirafatech clients.
Prepare follow-up notes, RFP proposals, financial offers, and support documentation.
Translate client goals into actionable items for the development and product teams.
Product Development & Coordination
Maintain a bird’s-eye view of product development across design, tech, and delivery teams.
Coordinate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure timely delivery and prioritization of work.
Continuously align product features with market standards and newsroom workflows.
Strategy & Planning
Analyze media industry trends and competitor offerings to help evolve Codex’s roadmap.
Attend live webinars, conferences and relevant events to stay up to date with the market and competitors.
Plan new feature developments in accordance with the technical lead.
Product Planning & Execution
Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization.
Apply agile and Scrum methodologies to structure work, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
2+ years experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, or related B2B digital platforms.
Strong client-facing skills, with confidence in leading meetings and product walkthroughs.
Experience working with agile teams and managing product lifecycles end-to-end.
Ability to balance business, user, and technical considerations in decision-making.
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
Preferred
Background in media publishing or editorial workflows, with understanding of newsroom operations and production cycles.
Previous experience in working with newsrooms, media publishers, or broadcast clients.
